    We are about to upgrade our exchange to 2000. We have one question, after the upgrade do all the calendar and mailbox permissions carry over to the new exchange? We have a worry that after the upgrade all the users permissions will have to be created.

    Accessdabbler gave me the idea for generic naming. Use Laptop as a log in, give it minimal permissions on the network, i.e. browse of intranet etc. Then when the staff member dials up they use there normal login.
