Certainly you can let HP know - I am sure they have a support page on thei website but not sure you'd get very far. It may be a very specific glitch but you never know could be a common problem with an easy patch. I am glad Visio has been cleared : )

To delete the current graphic from Word just click on it and hit delete. Ok - now to add it back in again. Before you select it in Visio group the whole diagram (I have found that this can help - it can be a little tempramental). Then just copy it how you normally would (select and CTRL + C)...
