Hi, I have OCRed a scaned doc into Word, that went well. However for all the text it has created a style with a shading of white. I can manaully remove the shading easily enough, but every block of text has its own style so it would take a while. How do I modify all the styles in one go...

The numbers all updated when I printed the report. I think I got around this by print previewing - or actully printing but canceling the job before it hit the paper. Give that a try

You could create a query which has the join in it and use that as the datasource for your other form. Then you could use the command button wizard to create an "open form" button, and choose the option which says "find related data" and go from there.
