    Depending on the watchguard model it maybe worth checking the smtp proxy as that may be limiting the size of your emails. Again, Anti virus software might also effect this!

    Check that something like Microsoft Outlook Address book is listed in the services (I can't check it exactly as I'm not at work :-) ) Also, if its a public folder then you need to add it to the favourites first.
