tcp/ip & and client for microsft network. tcp/ip is set up for dhcp> file &print sharing. thats all the protocols i have enabled.- rondiggy

I just purchased a new PC HP Pavillon 510n. This is the first time it has been connected to the internet. I'm running Win XP Home Edition. My problem is when I try to download anything and from any site my download speed is avg. 3k per sec. I have been thru numerous calls w/AT$T tech support and...- rondiggy
