Show the timecode in the movie

Show the timecode in the movie
I need to show the timecode in the movie while it is playing. That way the person viewing the movie can tell me where they want cuts made. How can I accomplish this? I'm using adobe premiere 6. But I could upgrade to 6.5 if necessary. Thanks in advance, jason- phooopee3
