Thanks, How would it work for this situation? Lets say that I have a field Name and a formula "first letter" and a parameter "fst letter" that prompts the user for the first letter of the name that is specified in the formula "first letter". When setting up parameters can you set it up so that the users can leave the field blank and it will return all data without having to setup an "ALL" field in a list? Thanks in advance.- Elliemay2
