Win XP Device manager error 10 ?? with AC97 hardware
I had this problem on a win 2000 installation on a Gigabyte GA-7S748 motherboard, and solved it using the driver available at http://tw.giga-byte.com/Motherboard/Support/Driver/Driver_GA-7S748.htm.
