Need help on setting up the MAPD card. Would anyone know the default IP address, subnet and gateway so i can just use a cross network cable and connect it to my notebook? we have difficulty in getting the male-to-male cable used for connecting the modem into the maintA port.

Thanks for verifying this idstech. The reason why i'm asking this is to check for utilization and for link maintenance wherein we have to bring one of the ports down but would not know if traffic is passing through it or not.
We have a remote EPN with ports A to D active and using T1s as the fiber link. Since this is not a trunk group, how do we monitor the traffic on the DS1c? how would i know if the traffic is on T1 Port A? or does the traffic go from Port A to D?
In your experience, which is most reliable to use for connecting to NICE? CentreVu Computer Telephony (CVCT) or CTConnect?
CTconnect is from another vendor right? while CVCT is from Avaya.

Is it possible to use a Single NICE Web Server for different or multiple NICE systems? We have multiple sites that will be using NICE and was wondering if we can save cost on the Web Server hosting it on one site only instead of having to buy one for each NICE installation.

we use CO trunk cards for our analog lines and assign them to local extensions using an analog card.

On Avaya G3R v6, there is this very helpful feature button on the phone to quickly check if your T1/E1s are down. This is the ds1-alarm button. However, on version 9 and above, i can't see this feature button available? Any ideas if this has been renamed to another name or if another feature...

Colby, with the program you created, it would still go to step 3 if the holiday table worked or not. If it did not satisfy step 2, it will proceed to step 3 hearing the hold music before getting busied out. If it satisfied the holiday, it will also go to step 3.
