I will have our onsite person try the full reset and removing and reinstalling the port license card. Hopefully that will work. She found lots of errors (error code 7801) under slot 05 today if that makes any difference. Also not in normal op mode.

How can I program an analog line associated with one of our Polycom conference phones to conference up to six parties? These phones have flash buttons. Maybe it involves a feature access code. I know how to do it with a digital phone (AO6). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
