I am trying to add a new file type the the file assoceation .wri but I can not find how to add I can change them OK but not add a new one. Can any one help please.
I am trying to find a way to view a USB unique ID, is there any way that I can do this from within XP/DOS or do you know of a good app that can get this information for me.

In the pull down list you have the Global address list and contacts, nothing is in the contacts, other sub folders are also not displayed. The only address that can be searched is in the Global address list.
Has any one come across the problem in OWA of the personal contacts not working as they should. The contacts folder is being shown in the folder list but when you try the find a contact the GC is found and can search that but the other contact lists are not shown.

Can Any one point me in the right direction for some document or something on how to allow Backup Exec to access ISA server I have opened port 10000 for local network and all users
TRying to install remote agents on an ISA server but it can not connect to it. I have allowed access on the ISA server for port 10000,which i beleave is the correct port but I still can not install the remote agent are there other ports that need to be opened up?
I had this problem with Backup Exec 10 and upgraded to 10d and all was OK. The 10 to 10d was a free upgrade too and all the remote agent licences worked too
Would be greatful for some help on an upgrade. I ma upgrading from 2003 Standard the Enterprise (need more than memory) But when the upgrade runs I get the error message unable to find or access file c:\boot.ini.
I have looked at the boot.ini file and I am able to access it and it is in the c:\

I would say yes as it is free just download the e val version and put in your license keys. We did and are happy with it, not that there are many diferences, but it picked up the new drive and tape loader first time so may be a benefit if you upgrade your hardware in the future.
Does any one have a solution for setting a network wide screen saver I was thinking about using Windows Marquee with a message but it seems that it needs to be setup on each PC and not run from a central location. Any ideas any one!
Can any one help, I have set a default screen saver using Group Policy, have set the default to ssmarque, which is picked up fine. The only problem is the configurating, text size, message ect are nor past to all the users from the central point. any surgestions
