Check out page 2-13 of the mobo manual, and that probably explains your problem:
"IF YOU INSTALL 4 1 OR 2GB MEMORY MODULES, THE SYSTEM MAY ONLY RECOGNIZE LESS THAN 3GB BECAUSE THE ADDRESS SPACE IS RESERVED FOR OTHER CRITICAL FUNCTIONS. THIS LIMITATION OCCURS ON WINDOWS XP 32_BIT OPERATING...
You should post this in the antispyware forum.
But...you need to download and run anti-malwarebytes from:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
and that should get rid of it. Be sure to update it to the latest version/definitions

I'd say you'd have to include Bob Dylan's Subterranean Homesick Blues. An amazing amount of (spoken) words in under 3 minutes...from 1965:
Johnnys in the basement
Mixing up the medicine
Im on the pavement
Thinking about the government
The man in the trench coat
Badge out, laid off
Says hes got...
It does appear that the arrows are blue, and is due to file syncing, but it's strange that only one user is experiencing it when there are many others who are not. Copying the files locally obviously solves the problem but defeats the purpose of re-directing the user's "My Documents" folder to a...
I have a user who is getting double (shortcut type) arrows of all the documents relevant to her. One arrow I know represents a shortcut, but these documents shouldn't be shortcuts as they are stored on a Win2k3 server with her My Documents folder re-directed to the network user directory for...
We have a Definity G3, and have just recently been acquired by a new company in a buy-out. My question is that when someone from the office dials a worker at home it is showing "Old Company Name" on the home worker's Caller ID. Where do Igo & what commands do I use to change this so that "New...
There is probably a better way, but I would try to open a blank Word 2K document, and then select insert...file, and then choose the archived form as the file. If it inserts fine then save it again under a new name and begin editing.
good luck,

From the DOS prompt you can use:
C:\ FOR /L %i IN (1,1,254) DO ping -n 1 192.168.100.%i | FIND /i "Reply">>c:\ipaddresses.txt
And that will write every responding IP address in the subnet range to C:\ipaddresses.txt
good luck,

I have a user that when she receives a call, she only gets about 1/2 ring and then the caller gets dumped to voice mail. My initial thought was her coverage path was set wrong, but I checked and her coverage path is the same as mine, and my phone works normally...4 rings then voice mail. We have...
I have a user who was inadvertantly deleted from AD, but his mailbox on Exchange still exists under System Manager...mailboxes. However when I recreated his account using the same username it failed to connect itself to his existing mailbox, but instaead created a new one. My question is how can...
There are other ways accounts can get locked out other than just exceeding the bad password limit...maybe a script as Jpoandl mentioned. There are some wonderful tools available to troubleshoot account lockout, you should read here...
The exact error message I am receiving on the NT4 workstations is...
"The system cannot log you on to this domain because the system's computer account in it's primary domain is missing or the password on that account is incorrect"
Again, removing and re-adding these computers has not resolved...
I manage a Windows 2K domain with AD, and just in the past week the few (3) windows NT4 workstations are failing to login with the error, "computer doesn't have an account in this domain or the password is incorrect". The rest of the machines are Win 2K Pro and have no problems logging in. The...
With both NICs connected and enabled, go to the Command prompt and type 'route print' to see what the pc is using as a routing table. You may need to add a static persistent route so the traffic to the Financial Net route correctly. You can type 'route /?' to find the proper syntax for adding a...
Might be spyware, form what I can determine the spyware responsible is called "windupdate.exe", so you may want to check for it. I would download a copy of Giant Anti-spyware from:
http://www.giantcompany.com
Then...update it to latest definitions, run it, let it fix what it finds.
If still...
