We have 101 set as our FAC for abbreviated dial program. Have tried programming from a set with console permissions.

Set CASO to 20, which is the operators console (not being used). Set Dial 0 on AA1 to extension 20.
It still RNA's when you zero out of an extensions VM box.
Right now CG 770 is routing calls to AA1. 770 covers pool 70 which has the lines. Everyting seems to work OK except for the RNA...
...thing they appear to have been programmed like a KTS because they don't have an dial out pool. They don't dial 9 to get out.
Any help would be appreciated.
One more thing. The manual seems to contradict itself by advising you to dial #33 at one place and *33 at another place. Which is it?

I am trying to label some extensions in Merlin Magix using a 4424LD+ operator console. The book is pretty clear until you get to the point where it says to hit the "drop" button. There isn't a drop button on this phone and if I try to key in the letters, the phone just beeps at me. Any help...
I went in and tried to set the PrincipalUser but it wouldn't take it. The DLC is extn 700 and it didn't seem to like that. Could the problem be the fact that we have a T1?
We have a Merlin Magix that we would like to forward the DLC operator to different extensions while the main receptionist is out. Forwarding seems to activate OK and the display says calls are being forwarded to the proper extension but the extension never rings. Ringing continues at the DLC...
