Presario and adding a NIC Card
I to experianced a simular situation using a Asus systems board.It would not shut down properly unless I used a PCI nic.Sometimes systemsboards are sensitive to which nic you are using.I would look in you boards manual and see if there is any indication.You might need to use a nic with jumpers...- DavidMW

how to convert fat 32 to 16
I want to install NT w.s on my hard drive.I am running 98 on my c: partition.My d: partition is formatted for fat 32 also.I tried to use 622dos to reformat the d drive,but it can't reconize it because its not a dos filing system.I heard I could convert my whole hard drive to fat 16 and not loose...- DavidMW
