    Help with AMD 1.4 and Asus A7M266

    Hi, Just had an impulse purchase, an AMD Thunderbird 1.4, Asus A7M266 and new PC2100 memory. Left the mb configured with jumperless, powered up and there is no monitor coming on. Also I get a strange electrical smell. Any advice out there? THanks
