Hi Mitch672, the autonegotiate is a setting that neither avaya suggests. It's always strongly recommended to have speed and duplex fixed on the same setting on both sides of the connection, even if you are using a direct connection. Cheers

Hi moev99. what about ip-network regions and ip-coded sets ? I have done several IA770 install starting from cm 2 to cm 3.1.4 and as long as i know , the IA770 has to be on network region 1 with codec set using g.711 MU . Hope this helps

Be sure that on the signal on the map-d you're using for ic602, the feature ic enable is on. I suppose you're running cvlan 8.0.1 at least on your map-d. When Avaya installs the cvlan , usually , only the 1st signal on cvlan ports is IC enable. Let me know if i can help you further. Rgds
