Help! Customer has an IPS2000, connecting to another PBX using Tie lines (ISDN). PBX tech claims that they cannot route a five digit number over the tie line, only four.
I don't know the NEC, but most PBX's can route a five digit extension over a tie line using CDP/UDP or some other similar...
Headaches can be avoided if you have the proper documentation. The watered down version I had didn't indicate the actual requirements.
Full documentation states that CPK is only available for RLS 22+ on IFC=SL1...So I guess we are SOL on this one.
