hi i passed the BSCI 640-901 Last friday, according my cisco tracking site it is still valid towards CCNP. the last day to sign up for the 640-xxx was sept 7th. any1 thats able to take the 640 tests are credited towards the ccnp

update passed w/ 883 the pass score is alot lower than what ive heard.

i read that net+ counts as an elective... but does the ccnp or ccna count as elective too?

probably not, i had a ciscopress' 640-501 book and it wasnt enuff... if u plan on takin the old test get a sybex bsci book, the cisco one has alot of errors from what ive heard. if u plan on taking the new test wait till ciscopress comes out w/ the newer edition sometime in oct. i believe...
