Error deleting member from ACD group "Not accepted"
Yes *73*4572# worked. The agent showed as LOGGED OFF ACCSP:DIR=5792; ACD MEMBER STATUS DIR GRP STATE 5792 5800 LOGGED OFF And I was able to delete the extension. Thanks for all help!- kordan

Ok. I tried to move the extension to any free equipment but it is not allowed... ACGME:DIR=4591; NOT ACCEPTED AGENT LOGGED ON And I tried to look at the status of the agent and it says: KSDDP:DIR=4572; KEY SYSTEM DIRECTORY DATA DIR CUST EQU CAT ADN ODN CALALT...- kordan

Hi, I'm trying to remove an extension from EMG. The operation stops when it's trying to delete a member of an ACD group. If I look in the Feedback window it says: ACGME:DIR=4591; NOT ACCEPTED AGENT LOGGED ON Is it possible to see who is logged on? And how do I logoff the agent?- kordan
