    Do your virus scanning via an SMTP gateway before it gets into your exchange system. Scan it again in Exchange. You want to have multiple layers of detection!

    Prevent running applications in the MF XP server

    Published app... Or if you want to continue using the desktop, change security levels on the shortcuts to the app you want to disable (or the actual executable). Remove all rights and they can't launch the app.
