Does anyone know of any way to block incoming calls to a certain DiD.
Problem is we have a PRI w/ DiDs. I have two DiDs that are assigned to their fax press. They are getting faxes from certain companies that they don't want.
Thanks
You can renumber and adjunct or an open extension to the main number of an office then cover that adjunct/extension to the operator and assign the AA to the renumbered Adjunct/extension. But, am I right in thinking that will only allow one call at a time to come in? If so is there anyway...
A magix system w/ a PRI. To set-up delay ringing during the day. I want it to Go to AA1 after 4 or 5 rings. Does anyone know any other way of doing it besides assigning the operator as AA1.
Thanks Jay

I have a PRI into a Magix System. Client has a 1-800 # that people call if they recieve a piece of mail from the client. When they call the 1-800 # it is answered by the receptonist who then transfers it to a calling group I have set-up. The problem I have is the client wants to be able to...
I got it up and working. Thanks for the settings. Is there anything else you can do with it other then recording calls.
Never used it before so I have no idea what it is capable of.
Thanks Faffy
Got a Magix system w/ 2 PRI's. Every once and while you get an echo on phone calls. The PRI's have been monitored have have no errors. Anybody ever ran into anything like this?
Thanks Faffy
I am going to put 2 cordless house phones into a partner system. Just wondering if anyone has some good advice on doing this. Also, will I be able to transfer calls w/ them, choose a line, pick-up a call that is on hold at a system phone, and anything else that might be possible.
Thanks alot...
The system can't tell the difference between a inside or outside call when an Ext's forward button is on.
The only thing I could tell you is put his ext on forward delay ringing. That way he could look at his caller Id and see it is a call from his office and he dosen't have to answer it.

Go to any phone dial *03 then craftr4 then the last 2 digits of the trunk you want to find the number of. This allows you to chose what trunk you dial out on and then you can do a dial back or call a cell phone w/ caller id.
