Is it just me, or does it not seem like it's dialing the full 10 digit number? do disp ars analysis 9 and see what the minimum and maximum is for just 9, it should also say locl

try dialing a 9 then the full 10 digit number even though it is local. we have to use the full 10 digit number when we call forward to cells and we have all verizon phones. i don't think that has anything to do with it though.
