Looks like these were connected to a CM System with v4.5.2 firmware (not sure if SIP or not)
I got the 6.6.4 (which includes 6.6.1) and was able to upgrade those to units to 6.6.4 and it connects to the IPO system
After the 6.6.1 -> 6.6.4 upgrade they function normally.

When we go to the Avaya IP Office TAPI2/3 Service Provider in the Phone and Modem Control Panel, it shows the Correct Switch IP, User and password.
Its when we bring up the Dialer it gives us an Error message saying it cant find any Devices it can use to make calls.

I've gotten the go-ahead to remove the old Shop Analog lines from our IPO 500 v2 R9.1 system and go all H323 sets which means we should be able to get rid of the IPO 500v2 Chassis and use the Hosted or Server (VM) version of the IPO Software.

Different Source and destinations are experiencing the issue.
Sources can be internal or External.
Destination is both Groups and Direct dial Extensions (internal or externally called).
We have never been able to reproduce the issue on purpose, Internally or Externally.
I just Confirmed, that Call in the Sample Above was Internal, no SIP Provider.

One of every 6 or so Voicemails we get comes out stuttering like the Old Max Headroom character. I'm not sure if its the IPOffice VM Pro server or the SIP Provider that is causing this.

It Loads x10d01a2_9_1.bin
Gets DHCP Address
Loads 46xxupgrade.scr
Loads 46xsettings.txt
then comes up with the TFTP Error: FILE NOT FOUND.
