Thanks for all the help. The situation is (version (5.5): - the reset commands such Reset_All_Login_passwords do not work on the console port - I can access port 23 to the sx2000 interface - I cannot access the telnet 2002 port because I dont have login/password Any further ideas? Thanks a lot
