Thanks for the responses. I have everything turned on that needs to be turned on, but I still have not been able to make work codes work with outgoing calls. I'm inclined to agree with rich, but if anyone out there knows better please reply.
Need to know if it is possible for an agent to enter a call work code on an outgoing call. I've tried and when the call work button is pressed, I cannot get a steady light to enter the code. Can anyone help, or even tell me if this is possible? Thanks in advance.
