    TheAceMan1 - Hey, you were right!! Unless the fields are in the detail section of the form, whether or not they are visible, they are not available in datasheet view. I've never seen this .. did I miss a FAQ somewhere?! Many Thanks

    Yes, the form shows all of the fields in the Detail section. In Datasheet view, several columns do not appear and are not listed under Format > Unhide Columns.
