I have the prodecedure to reset the 1120 and 1140 to factory defaults. My issue is where is this done from? Do you have to log into the telephone as its booting up or is the telephone fully booted up and ready to take calls when you isse the command? Thanks for the help.

I have a ploycom voice station set up on the red blue/ blue red wire analog defalut DN 234. The telephone works fine.But the customer tells me they used to dial 9 from the set to obtain outside dial tone. Where can I check this?
