I am having the same problem with Linksys BEFVP41 to RV082, when I ping the remote routers public IP I am loosing lots of packets. I should say the problem ins't always there.

The phone is programmed static, its in the office and the router is the internal office router that all of our PC's are looking at. The phone is on premise at this time. As mentioned I have older IP phones in the office that took the upgrade when I went from 1.4 to 2.1 on the 406.

I have other IP phones all programmed the same way, they all take the updated firmare from the TFTP server. I think it has to do with the version in this phone. As mentioned the phone is brand new and has a 2.x version in it, and our 406 is running 2.1.
