This file doesn't seem to have the latest log entries, it only has some entries for yesterday. I have stopped the service to read the file.

If the e-mail being sent is HTML encoded then you could do a replace on all spaces client side to "&nbsp;" and all character returns to "<BR>" tags.

Take a look at www.solarwinds.net. We use SNMP to monitor all these values and solarwinds is very good at querying these. There are free alternatives about like MRTG/PRTG.

Well... because you dont want to lock down the fat client desktops to the same level what loopback processing does is applies user policies even though they should only apply computer policies. Not sure if that makes too much sense!! As for different desktop lockdowns you could filter them...

Create a new GPO and place the citrix servers within this. Turn on loopback processing and then configure things like removing the shutdown within the GPO.

I had this issue and even after copying cdo.dll from the exchange server it would not work. In the end I took the latest cdo.dll from the SP media and it worked fine.

Actually I just tried this on a public folder and it worked fine for mail items, I have a lot of post items in there also. Is there a way of adapting this to detect a post and set the category for a post if its a post??
