Yes, I would like to see about setting the residents phones to ring the nursing station extension, instead of the emergency call center. If you have any ideas, I would appreciate this. I will not be able to review until March 21st.
Thanks
I have contacted our local carrier (Verizon) and they said that our facility was not listed. They made a change request to their database and it should be correct after 7PM.
Thank you all for your help. You saved me. This is a very good site. I've used it a couple of times and will probably...
That worked like a champ - Thank You The only thing missing now is the Building ID/Caller ID. The call center indicated that all they had was the number and they should see more. She said I should call our carrier. Does this sound correct?
Thank You again for your help.
I'm told that the system was set up to place all calls, local, regaional, and LD through the PRI first. The trunks are in place as a failover.
The part that I'm confused about is how it used to work until a couple of months ago. Like I said in my original post. The 180 beds are all analog...
Which card would it be for the XUT card. I have about 12 or 14 Analog cards, and each of them when I stat them will show all the stations as to being busy or idle.
03 = unit 03 = idle (l500)
03 = unit 04 = busy (l500)
03 = unit 05 = busy (l500)
03 = unit 06 = idle (l500)
03 = unit 07 = idle...
The information on the version and release of the phone was taken directly from LD 22 in the switch - below is the exact printout:

We are running an Option 11C Version 2111 Release 11 Issue 16 +

Our switch used to be set up so that if an analog phone (resident) placed a call to 911 it would rings the nursing station. The nurse on duty would determine the validity of the call and place 911...

I did not have it built that way. I went back and made those changes. Now when I try to add the route members I receive the following error:
SCH4788
PRI loop is not configured with D channel (DCHI) to provide B-channels.
I have the loop created in LD 17. I have the RDB built in LD 16. I can not seem to add the route members in LD 14.
I keep receiving the following error:
SCH2034
A digital route is required.
Help
The 1st PRI is connected to the Telco. The 2nd PRI is strictly for 4 digit dialing between sites via the Siemens RG8702 Gateway.
Would I add the 2nd card to the original loop?
