How are you connecting the database to the report? To change databases, you will have to go to the Database/Set Location menu. Locate the connection method and point to the new database.

How are you connecting to the database? Are you using ODBC, OLE DB or Crystal native drivers? You might have go through the Set Location routine for each report.
