Wouldn't be possible. the site that she is printing it from is a secure site and she actually logs onto the site with a user name and password. She is printing out orders that we are getting from customers.
When we print it on the good computer it is using the same exact printer and the two pc have the same drivers in them so I wouldn't think that would be the problem.
I applied the fix to the PC and cecked the seetings it was the same as the one that does print it. I had the user try it out andthe text still does not print out. Any other ideas?
The text is just black text. She did try it on another printer and it did the same thing. If you look at it under Print Preview it doesn't show up there either.
When one of my users tries to print a few documents off of the a website a portion of the text on the document doesn't print with the rest of the document. The area where the text should be is blank. Any ideas on how I might fix this? She is using Internet Explorer 6 and has Windows XP...
We are having aproblem with one of our users. Whenever they send an e-mail to a certain person, it sends fine. When the person they sent it to sends one back through a reply the person who sent it gets the following message back:

One of my users is getting e-mail from a person who uses Lotus Notes and she has Outlook 2002. When the Lotus Notes user replies, my user can not see the reply because when the e-mail comes it there is no text where the reply should be. Anyone ever see this?

I added the user that we log into the server to the task scheduler, under the secruity for the task and the backups are running fine now. Thanks for all of your help.

I am not using a batch file to run the backup. I am using the Backup program wizard in Windows 2003 Server to run the backup. Here is the error message that we are getting after the task is run.
