microphone not working in xp
Hello Monty I had the same problem with my onboard ac97 sound card. When I checked my computer had installed Windows xp hotfix SP1 and SP2. When I uninstalled these hotfixes my microphone started working again. The only hotfix I have installed is KB823980 to stop the W32 Blaster Worm virus...- gobmeister
