Is there a way to have a report saved as an MS word or have someone see the report in its access run format with having access, i have 30 pages in which i will need to email through an attachment to have parts ordeered but the report is nasy when converted to excell or text but looks awesome...

i then create a form for my main table
in the form i use a combo lookup to get the 3 entrys for year
problem i am having is when i look at my matrix table the field for the year is not the 2004 i am choosing it is a 2.
