Thank you for replying, I did what you said and the extensions are 18,19,20,21. If i pick up a system phone i can call any one of them and the VM will pick up. Hi everyone, I'm new to the legend r3 system with merlin mail r3 ? i think. it seems that ext 770 thru 779 are for VM? in my system 777 goes to 18 which is the first VM port (of 4)and if it is busy the rest of the ports dont pick up! and ive noticed that when nothing is trying to access the VM...- isatelecom
