Option 11 Configuration. we would like to configure our system to dial out via modem without having to enter a "9" prior to dialing out. There is no specific number listing that we use, therefore we cannot use a hotline list. Is there any type of solution we could implement?

Observe functionality seems to be nonfunctional. while trying use observe key, supervisor receives fast busy signal. Supervisor also indicated that she was able to obsere prior to this week.
