I do not currently have all the workbook names. And yes, they will all be in one folder on a shared directory. That directory is (I:) PMB(\\hhs-pmbshare\Shared\DIR\Systems

I do not know how to upload more than one workbook to this thread so I have combined the different workbooks into different sheets. But, in "real life" they will each be a stand alone workbook.

I am actually not using a formaula. My input is just 00:03:37 - which is what the cell shows, but the bar up at the top that shows the data (the formula bar - I think) shows it as 12:03:37 a.m. They want the bar to actually show 00:03:37.

Oops....in further review I find it is not counting how I want it to. Below is an example:

That works great! For the ease of my users I am wanting to make the range for both the start date and end date 100s of lines longer than the records we currently have (so they can add to it and not worry about the formula). When I expand the range to include these totally blank records, it...
One more question on this. How would I modify the formula to account for blanks in the End_Date range? Some of the records do not yet have an end date, but need to still be counted.
