I doubt that he would be able to hear everyone with 16 people on the line. You might point out that to support a conference call that big you would need to have alot of trunks. Thats what conference bridges are for, sell him one of those and tell him to go with the Norstar.

You can't reset the SEB-II modem without special software that only SEB provides. The software is big bucks. Why don't you just get a USR modem for about $100, the SEB is useless if you don't have the monitoring software anyway. There are some vendors who will reset the SEB for you, last time...
