    Set 10-58 192.168.0.0/255.255.0.0 That will force the systems to look on the local network. Might need to reboot. I would also check to make sure you do not have conflicting IP.

    You can have no features activated for dept groups to work. IE no call forwarding etc.

    I am fairly certain the 3cx is supposed to flash the firmware to the version they need? BTW Forerunner now owns the 3cx and its no longer EOL and looks to be getting a linux distro.

    Turn off caller ID to VM in the trunk settings. Otherwise office 365 needs to fix their sh*t. I've seen this all over. I have one customer that has a 365 relay and has never had an issue and another ....it's silly.

    You need to try with an outside call. Supervised means you stay on the call after you transfer it to announce the call. Then just pull it back. Might even be on the display of the phone.

    Easiest way is do a supervised transfer. You can hit the flashing CAP or trunk key to pull it back.

    Better off using the TIE feature on the NEC. Way easier to program.

    Not really. You need to get on Forerunners LMS for your customers and regenerate the files. I keep files on hand for every customer in case this happens. I do enough of these systems that I have seen this happen on reboots and power surges where is corrupts the lic files. Not many mind you...

    Yep. Sometimes you have to remove and add the licenses back in.

    You need to get an NEC tech, company on call or get certified if you plan on servicing them.
