no it is not BFT it is all good caps , and not PSU as i tested the same drive at another BCM400 that is brand new - out of the box opened 5 days ago.
Will restore a backup i have to another drive and try, i will update with the results.

An update to this, moving the options 1,2,3 to main menu as options 4,5.6 calls go to correct destination so this is a temp fix but still mystery about the original post
