    I'd echo budbyrd on that; was it connected to a station or trunk port on the Definity? I'll also add that I've seen where an IPO connecting to an amp needs something like a Viking FXI-1 in between, but with a pagepac I wouldn't think it would need that.

    That's actually what I have it doing now; that works fine and rings all the phones, since it's just one call from the doorphone. But, the customer needs it back to the previous configuration that was working in 9.1 so they can get video pop on all of the desktops. Still haven't found a solution...
