    Hi, WE have IP office installed in our office. We get charged $63 to change a name on an extension. Is there a manual where I could get this kind of information.     Hi, Am running R12.0 with SP1 installed. After I installed SP1 my backups are incomplete. Looking for files. Files it is looking for are C:\startup_debug.log and C:\log.log. I cannot find these files to exclude. Any ideas? Thanks for any and all help

    Uninstall SP1
