You could also take advantage of the Nortel-i2004-B DHCP string provided in Unistim 3.0 which provides for enabling or disabling the Bluetooth setting via DHCP.

Sorry, I misread the original post. Apparently reading is not among my skills today. However, although ZESA shows up in the 5.0 documentation, it seems pointless to hack out the relevant sections since he's talking about a 5.5 installation.
Post your RDB and CDR data out of LD 21 here.
Last I checked, it's not possible to get CLID on your PBX via copper trunks. If you want CLID, you need to order a PRI (23B+1D)
If you figure this out, I'll be pleased to hear of it. I installed one of these systems and discovered the same problem.
the Zone based Emergency Services Access (ZESa) is not intended to provide alternate routing by zone. It's intended only to provide a solution to E911 issues created by...

My set time script is pretty nice also, it does not do the log in portion like John Pooles example above, because I (like him) usually call it from another script. But it does have a constant in it that allows you to offset your time by any difference...
You can always blow away the MGC and re-set it's IP address from scratch (diskformat from LDB prompt). If you do not know how to do this, you need to get GNTS involved. The LDB prompt on the MGCs is similar to the PDT prompt as far as I can tell in level of access (not that you have patch...
I've seen a number of MGCs fail out of box prior to the most recent GA release of the hardware. Seems the Chinese manufacturing quality assurance is not up to Canadian standards.
sporty2, when I had this problem (the support tools password reset procedure did not work) GNTS/ETAS had to perform a registry hack in addition to performing a resetadminpwd.
You could either (1) disable spanning tree on the Nortel CS1000 interfaces, or (2) enable fast-start on the Nortel CS1000 interfaces. Either way, this would not affect the HP switches in your environment, provided that you never disconnected those CS1000 interfaces from the CS1000 and instead...
Also verify that if any of those TNs are listed in in your controlled application that you disable them before OUTing them.
Since the INV PRT SETS gives you a TN list, you should be able to compare this against the Phonesets & Voice Ports list in SCCS/CC, and so forth with other controlled...
AC2 cannot be removed once it is programmed. You can change it to a 4 digit number to make it difficult to access and you can remove all of the NPA,NXX,SPN,LOC,etc programming to make it non-functional if someone dials the four digit AC2.
If it must come out, then you must re-install from scratch.
If you don't get a menu on your secure modem, then you are not going to have any characters intercepted/interpreted by the secure modem. Everything is a transparant pass-through.
If I come up with the name, I'll post it... I think it was rebranded a few years ago... Just drawing a blank..
Still, it's a server-based app, which isn't very helpful.
If you have a smart modem (some kind of SEB) between you and the PBX, the SEB might be intercepting some characters for use in menu commands. As I recall, the Teltronics uses ^[A (CTRL-[, A) to return to the SEB menu.
I've frequently encountered SEBs programmed to allow returning to the menu...
