How many phone lines on the system? Is the AA picking up immediately? It may be that all 4 ports of the voicemail are busy. @ people checking voicemail and 2 calls coming in at the same time... If all ports are busy I beleive that the calls wiould ring into the operator. MFurrer@charter.net
