ok, the best way to do this in my opinion would be to create a virtual extension and assign that key to all the extensions in the group, including the operator. remember to make the button ring though! to create the virtual extension use cmd 11,len,ext number. now use cmd 9000,(button number)...

When i change it to enhanced no cover, or enhanced cover 0 using the f6 key and choosing the option from choices, and enter it says "invalid Input" i have also tried entering a covering extension but this still doesnt let me change the type...

Can you hear the page when close to the phone and listening for the page? if so try picking up the handset and pressing the volume up key and that should turn up the volume of the speaker
