Windows XP wireless problems after windows update:
Like many others SP2 upgrade stuffed auto IP address aquisition. This on both Netgear MA111 USB and WG311 PCI. Tried most suggestions here & other forums w/o success until I dissabled WEP, and then IP aquired no problem. It appears that SP2 doesn't like WEP keys created with a passphrase, but...- pommiebstrd
