    Hi, He says the same problem whether it is loaded directly from outlook or saved locally. As it can load when in save mode, would I be correct and think it is something to do with the normal.dotm? Will have a go tomorrow.

    Hi, We have one user, so it must be a tick box somewhere, that has office 2007. When he receives document which has an embedded spreadsheet for example he can't double click it open. Excel doesn't load, nothing seems to happen. If he loads word in safe mode then it works. Any ideas Thanks
