    isn't there a standart for certain fonts, that when you adjust the size, tracking, height and width percentages the horizontal lines and vertical lines will fit exactly to the pixels? does that make sense?

    hi, i hope i understand your question correctly. as far as i know, it's impossible to unite a couple of paths into one path (assuming you use more colors or styles than one). if you have several paths with the same color, you can try to use the add to shape area command, under the pathfinder...
