I am trying to install a new CA Certificate on to the SBC. I have followed instructions and I am unable to browse to the CSR/KEY to upload. there is only a Choose File no browse and nothing comes up in choose file. How do I get my certs on so that I can select the file during the install process?

thanks

CA certificates don’t have a key. They are provided as it is.

Are you trying to install a "root" Certificate Authority certificate (e.g. GoDaddy) or a server/application/identity Cert created specifically for your SBCE?
Derfloh is correct that CA certs do not have a key file. However for Identity Certs, the SBCE needs to upload the private key file. So, if it the CA cert you are loading, and it is asking for a key file, then on the Install Certificate scree you picked the wrong type of cert.
