Hi Everyone,
Here is the capture of booting sequence.
I see that booting failure is in DM. Is there any way solve this issue
Drive is bad or corrupt.
If the system has two drives, pull one of them and power it up. If that didn't resolve it, put it back in and pull the other and try again.
If the system only has one drive, you'll need to rebuild the system.
You'll need the following:
1 - the most recent backup.
2 - Replacement drive or drives (if redundant) - Sandisk X600 128GB or 256GB SSD will work. -

3 - App Record ID - this is a must as the system will need to communicate to Mitel to get its licenses.
4 - Software - If the app record doesn't have SWA, you'll need to use the SAME software stream that was on it. If MiVB 7, you'll need that.
4a - you'll also need the Certificate update for pre MiVB9 - without it, the licensing will not work.
Also note that the system output you posted shows it had 512MB RAM.

With the SSD and memory, your system will be capable of upgrade to MiVB 9 and above.
Depending on where you are, I might be able to help.
